The Keystroke Cup II came to fruition on the 4th of April with Sinister 5 coming out on top with the win over White Rabbit Gaming in the Grand Final. Going undefeated in the Group Stage and only dropping two games in their last two matches against Exdee Gaming and White Rabbit respectively.
In alignment with Sinister 5's great run and top finish, the other teams all showed why they were some of the top Dota talent in South Africa. We would like to thank every single team, player, manager, and substitute for putting on a great show all tournament long. It's great to see the passion of South African Dota is still alive and strong. Accordingly we couldn't have done it with all of the great support from the fans via social media and especially the live viewers through Twitch.tv. The feedback and praise we've received has been miles higher than anything we could have expected. Thank you.
The Keystroke Cup II was run and made possible by the grace and generosity of many community figures. Keystroke Esports cannot emphasize enough how much each person's contribution made a difference in bettering the tournament.
Thank you to YNROC, ST3V3, KitsuneAreBetter, Miles, Bubblecup, Inferno, TheDeadman, BigFudge, Gaskarth, Dinkelman, Shakey_TV, Hellbird, and Not.A.Hero.
Each and every one of them gave a contribution that we could not have done without.
To the tournament itself. We see the Keystroke Cup II as a success in our books. From the caliber of teams playing to the competitiveness of the matches played. There are definitely areas that we can improve in both running and presenting the tournament. An area like scheduling will see a revamp to allow for both more convenient match time and flexibility. We'll be taking this same approach to other areas of the tournament to allow for a better player experience overall.

These improvements will come together in the upcoming Keystroke Super League which was teased during the Grand Finals last Sunday. The KSL will bring a new structure to the South African Dota scene that we believe is much needed. We strive to always create and provide high level tournaments regardless of level of play. Thus the Keystroke Super League and Keystroke Challenger League will only be officially announced once we are confident that it meets our standards of quality.
We would like to again thank all of the teams that made the event possible, all of the talent that graciously gave up their time to cast and stream the matches, all of the advisors that we've spoken with prior to and throughout the tournament, and last but absolutely not least, all of the fans that made this event possible to host and host again.
Thank you.
